We believe that weight loss is simply a by-product of becoming healthy. Health is our goal. We are focused on helping people overcome Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. This week is for you, and we can help you accomplish those goals. Our team of Ken and Austin Andrews, RetroFit Co-Founders and former Biggest Loser Contestants; Laurie Graves, Head trainer and Author of Fit for Freedom; Kelli Hill, Southwestern’s Wellness Center Director and trainer; and our other trainers and support staff are prepared and ready to challenge you to change your life. The Faith & Fitness Schedule
Participants will register on Sunday, June 22nd from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The first evening sets the tone for the whole event! Each day consists of a blend of activities addressing physical, spiritual and emotional health. In addition to work-outs, nutritional class time, and worship services; participants experience meals that help them integrate new eating habits into life with a hands-on gym experience. We believe strongly that the healthy life is a balanced life stressing physical, spiritual and emotional health. All physical activity will be lead by qualified, experienced trainers who desire to pour themselves into your life. Our nutritional information is gleaned from what Ken and Austin learned and experienced on Biggest Loser and from what they have learned since the show. The spiritual sessions and emotional support groups will be led by Pastor Ken, Austin and other qualified team members who have experienced life transformation and overcome great adversity to be healthy. Each of these leaders is prepared to lift, encourage, and help you achieve a whole new level in life.
