The Faith & Fitness Schedule
Participants will register on Sunday, May 19th between 4 and 6 p.m. Sunday evening the Faith & Fitness camp begins, and sets the tone for the week. Monday the action starts bright and early! Every day will consist of a blend of physical activity, nutritional guidance, spiritual sessions and emotional support groups. In addition to class times, participants will experience meals that help them integrate new eating habits and hands-on participation in a variety of specialized classes. We believe strongly that the healthy life is a balanced life.
All physical activity will be lead by qualified, experienced trainers who desire to pour themselves into our participants. Our nutritional information is a conglomeration of materials Ken and Austin have learned both on Biggest Loser and from the Biggest Loser Resort nutritionist. The spiritual sessions and emotional support groups will be led by RetroFit Team Members and special guests who have experienced life transformation and overcome great adversity to become healthy. Each of these team members and guests are prepared to lift, encourage, and help you get to a new level in life.
