Week 2- Brain and Body

I have been working HARD on Dr. Amens Brain and Body Make over Challenge! This week, I really focused on Will Power, what is it, where does it come from? How can I increase my will power to make this change a permanent change?!

These are some of the thoughts that Dr. Amen helped explain in detail in his book, Change your Brain Change your Body. Dr. Amen, does a MUCH more detailed explanation, and uses scientific studies and his expertise to arrive at many of these conclusions.

Also- I want to let you guys know, From now on- I will be posting my Brain and Body Weekly updates on Mondays- It helps motivate me in my NEW week, as I am sure it helps you as well!
